Pye’s Patisserie is a Florida cottage home bakery dedicated to creating delicious homemade treats using high-quality and locally sourced ingredients. What began as a love for baking shared through family moments and church gatherings has grown into a mission-led business centered around bringing joy to the community. Guided by the principles of Proverbs 16:3 “Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” and Colossians 3:23 “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”, each treat is crafted with dedication, gratitude, and intention.
After six years as a second-grade teacher, the owner felt called to combine her passion for serving others with her love of baking. With training from the culinary arts program at Marion Technical College and experience working in the campus café, she now bakes an array of goods for customers, church events, and the local community. Today, Pye’s Patisserie proudly serves the Dunnellon area with fresh baked goods made from ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers and markets.

To ensure quality and freshness, we accept a limited number of orders per bake date. The first five orders received by email will be confirmed for the current bake. Any additional orders will be scheduled for the next available bake date.
